i'm katy zachry with a look at your traffic at almost 6:58 on your monday morning. it is slow going on 476, both north and southbound. so, on the northbound side, we have a disabled vehicle over on the shoulder. it's tying things up a bit in that direction. southbound things are slowing as well because there was an accident that just cleared in the last few minutes, but there is some residual delays around that. so, you're seeing congestion all over our area and the typical trouble spots, 95 southbound between woodhaven and the vine. it's taking you upwards of a half hour. that time keeps creeping up every time i see you. 76 westbound is bad, as is 422 eastbound. just dealing with a lot of brake lights. looking throughout our area at average speeds, 95 southbound headed into center city, 13 miles an hour is your average drive there. 295, things are looking great in new jersey. 295 is about 60 miles an hour. 42 freeway is the only thing we're seeing where there are some slow-ups, about 26 miles per hour as you merge with 55 before 295 and the turnpike as you head tow
